Opal Stevens' Beauty Blogger of the Week: Kristina Stone

Image
I'm very excited to announce this week's Beauty Blogger of the Week - the wonderful Kristina Stone! Make sure to follow her blog Be Your Own Beauty .  How did you get started blogging? I started blogging a few months ago because I really love beauty and I wanted to talk about finding your own beauty within a society that tells you what you should like or not like. I wanted to post about things I have learned over the years because I know how it feels to be completely lost when it comes to makeup or beauty products. I wasn't expecting any followers but look at me now! I am so excited when I hit a few more followers and I will show my husband each time. I just love reviewing products as well and writing about my life. It has become a passion of mine! Beauty trend you love? I love the red lips and neutral face. I love having that one pop of statement within your look. I really enjoy the smoky eye or the pink cheeks. My number one favorite beauty trend would be the ne...

Sigma F80 Flat Top Kabuki Review

Image
So, Sigma sent me a F80 Flat Top Kabuki to review and they gave me another one to giveaway (check out the giveaway here .) First of all, I must say that kabuki is a very fun word to say out loud over and over again. Haha, sorry if that was a little random :D. I've seen reviews for this on almost every beauty blog I've been to. I thought that if a company was so willing to give away their product, they must be confident that it's high quality. I cannot say that I disagree. This brush is really great! It did such a great job at applying powder and foundation. I was amazed at how flawless my skin looked with just one or two strokes of this brush. It didn't leave any streaks and blended really well. This brush is a little pricey at around $16, but it's made well and I could definitely see it lasting many years. The brush is very dense and it feels very soft against skin. I'm really loving this product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking fo...
